Data Protection
Team8s Inc. · Last updated: October 23, 2026
Our commitment
This page explains how Team8s protects data belonging to its business clients and their own customers. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Governance
Team8s has designated a Privacy Officer ([email protected]), keeps a register of confidentiality incidents and conducts privacy impact assessments for any new system or transfer outside Quebec, as required by Law 25.
Roles
For your customers' data (contacts, appointments, conversations), your business is responsible for the information and Team8s acts as a service provider on your behalf, following your instructions.
Sub-processors
We use established sub-processors, including HighLevel (hosting, CRM, website), AI model and text-to-speech providers, and telecom and payment providers. They are bound by contract to confidentiality and security obligations. The current list is available on request.
Processing location
Data may be processed in Canada and the United States. Transfers are protected by contract and assessed beforehand.
Security measures
Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS); least-privilege access and two-factor authentication for our team; separate client sub-accounts; access logging; platform-managed backups.
Account isolation
Each client has its own sub-account. One client's data is not accessible to other clients.
Incidents
If a confidentiality incident occurs, we act to reduce the risk, notify the affected client without delay and, where there is a risk of serious injury, the Commission d'accès à l'information, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and affected individuals.
Retention and deletion
When service ends, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. Data is then deleted unless the law requires us to keep it.
