1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to the Team8s Inc. ("Team8s", "we") website and use of our services. By using the site or subscribing to a plan, you accept these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. Our services

Team8s provides small and medium-sized businesses with solutions built on the HighLevel platform: websites, AI chat and voice agents, online booking, CRM, automated emails and, as options, text messaging (SMS) and phone lines. Some features are provided by third parties (including HighLevel and telecom and AI providers) and are subject to their own terms.

3. Plans, pricing and payment

Plans are offered in US dollars (USD): Free website ($0 USD/month), industry package ($297 USD/month) and Premium ($997 USD/month), plus applicable taxes. Unless stated otherwise, usage charges (AI minutes and messages, SMS, calls) are billed in addition to the industry package; Premium includes AI usage, 2 phone numbers and a domain name, subject to the fair-use limits in your quote. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. We may change prices with at least 30 days' written notice.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by writing to [email protected]; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already billed are non-refundable unless required by law. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, abuse or breach of these Terms.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you provide (text, images, prices, hours), the accuracy of information given to your clients and compliance with laws that apply to your business, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), privacy laws and, where applicable, Quebec's Charter of the French Language. You must obtain the required consent before sending commercial electronic messages to your contacts.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to send spam or illegal, misleading or hateful content, to infringe others' rights, to circumvent telecom carrier rules, or to compromise the security of our systems.

7. AI agents

AI agents generate responses automatically and can make mistakes. You must review their configuration, tell your clients they are interacting with an automated agent where required, and not rely on agents for medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.

8. Intellectual property

The site, the Team8s brand and our templates belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to host and display it to provide the services.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty of uninterrupted availability or of any particular business result (see our Results Disclaimer).

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Team8s's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits or data. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your messages to your contacts, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is posted on this page with its update date. For material changes, we will give you at least 30 days' notice.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The competent courts of Quebec have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights.

14. Language

These Terms are drawn up in French and English. In case of conflict, the French version prevails. Les parties ont convenu que le présent document soit rédigé en français et en anglais.
